I met Julian in 2009 after using a service similar to Angie's List. My current painter refused to do a final touch ups on a job so I felt it was time to make a change. I'm glad I made that change.
Julian has done myriad of jobs for me. H has done metal fence refinishing, large structure painting, roll-up door painting (which still looks new after 8 years), dry rot repair (mostly at our Cardiff-by-the-Sea location) drywall repair and texturing, mold abatement, a massive redwood siding repair, remodeled two of my storage facility manager's houses and partially remodeled my personal home. He has painted my mothers 6,800 s.f home, 1,300 s.f. pool house, and 2,400 s.f. barn. He has even done layer 1 ethernet cabling and layer 1 power over ethernet security camera installations.
Julian does a great job. Painting is about the details. Anyone can paint the body of a building, but it's the details that make a project. Julian makes sure he has nice straight lines, no overspray, smooth caulking, minimal flashing when viewed in the sun and always notifies me of surface damage prior to painting over it.
He has proven to put integrity over profits. and is extremely important to me. He has done his best to make things right, even when the actual paint product failed.
I really don't believe there is any other painter out there that is as good as Julian. "
